Refund and Cancellation Policy

At JINFORMATICS SOFTWARE, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and excellent customer satisfaction. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy to understand how we handle payments, cancellations, and refunds.


1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project under the following terms:

  • Before Project Start:
    If cancellation is requested before any work begins, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable administrative or transaction fees.
  • After Project Start:
    If cancellation occurs after project initiation, charges will apply based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. The remaining balance (if any) may be refunded.
  • Post-Delivery:
    No cancellation or refund will be accepted after the final delivery of a project unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

2. Service-Based Subscriptions

For ongoing services (e.g., cloud hosting, maintenance, support):

  • Monthly Subscriptions:
    Clients may cancel at any time before the renewal date. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions:
    Refunds for annual plans may be granted only if cancellation is requested within the first 15 days of the subscription start date. After this period, no refunds are issued.

3. Custom Software Development

Due to the nature of custom software development, we do not offer full refunds once a project has progressed beyond the planning or design phase. However, we ensure transparent communication and mutual agreement at each project milestone.


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The client provides valid reasons based on non-delivery or service breach.
  • Efforts to resolve the issue mutually have been unsuccessful.
  • The request is made within 15 days of the concern arising.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

JINFORMATICS SOFTWARE reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review it periodically.
